My greatest strength and passion is in assisting individuals with employment-based cases for jobs in the science and technology fields (especially in a startup context). I also widely handle employment-based cases in finance/fintech, insurance, health care and the arts while also helping families come together and stay together in the US.
I've been practicing Immigration Law since 1995, having learned under the guidance of some of the most respected names in the field while working on cases for some of America's most respected companies.
As you might see from the reviews and endorsements below, I pride myself on providing the best service and responsiveness while giving legally solid, practical advise.
I've spoken frequently on immigration-related topics, have designed curricula for training of other immigration professionals, and I've guest-lectured at both New York Law School and Benjamin Cardozo Law School. I'm a long-term American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and New York County Lawyers' Association (NYALA) member and I've served as Co-Chair of the Advocacy/Advocacy and Media, Corporate Practice, and Technology Committees of the AILA New York Chapter. Since 2016, I've served as Co-Chair of the NYCLA Immigration and Nationality Law Committee, having previously served as its Chair for the Department of Labor Subcommittee.
